Welcome to the GBSD Sizzling Summer Reading blog. Here you'll find entries on the SUMMER SIZZLER titles written by students from all five middle schools. Summer Reading Guidelines

All middle school students in the GBSD will be required to read two books this summer and complete a short assessment on one of the books. This assignment will be due in early September. Check your school's guidelines page for specifics.

A SUMMER SIZZLER title has been chosen for each grade level. This is a book we think all students at that grade would enjoy. There will be many copies of these titles available to check out over the summer. SUMMER SIZZLER titles are listed at the right on this blog.
